Information you provide to us: your name, phone number, email address, party size, reservation and bottle-service details, and any messages you send to our team. At the door, we may verify your age using a government-issued photo ID.

Payment information: payments for reservations, tables, and cabanas are processed by our third-party booking and payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on this website.

Information collected automatically: when you visit this site we and our providers may collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

On premises: the venue is monitored by closed-circuit video (CCTV) for the safety and security of our guests and staff.

We use your information to process and confirm reservations; verify age and eligibility for entry; process payments; respond to inquiries and provide guest support; operate, maintain, and improve this website; maintain the safety and security of the venue; send you marketing and event communications where permitted; and comply with our legal obligations, including Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) requirements.

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you reservation confirmations, guest-service messages, and marketing texts about upcoming nights and events. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP, or opt back in by replying START. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages related to a reservation you have made.

We share information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf — including our reservation and ticketing platform, payment processors, email, hosting, and analytics vendors — under contracts that limit their use of your information.

We may also share information with our professional advisors, with a successor in the event of a business transfer, and with law enforcement, regulators, or others where we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of any person.

The venue is 21+ and this website is intended for adults.
