By using this website, making a reservation, or entering the venue at 2601 Gaston Ave, Dallas, TX 75226, you agree to these terms.

Guests must be 21 or older with valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any person for any lawful reason, including dress code, capacity, intoxication, or conduct.

Reservations require a credit card and may require a food and beverage minimum plus applicable tax, gratuity, and administrative fees. Tables and cabanas are held for a limited grace period and may be released thereafter. Deposits and minimums are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in your confirmation.

Guests agree to follow all venue rules and staff instructions. Nightlife environments include loud music, crowds, lighting effects, and water features at the pool club; you assume the ordinary risks of attending.

The venue is photographed and filmed. By entering, you consent to your image being captured and used by Vice Park for promotional purposes without compensation.

All content, marks, and imagery on this site are owned by Vice Park or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them without permission.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Vice Park is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or attendance at the venue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in Dallas County, Texas.
