By using this website, making a reservation, or entering the venue at 2601 Gaston Ave, Dallas, TX 75226, you agree to these Terms of Service. Vice Park is operated by So Clutch Hospitality Group. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the venue.

Guests must be 21 or older with a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. We may refuse entry or service to any person for any lawful reason, including dress code, capacity limits, intoxication, or conduct. Entry does not guarantee continued admission if house rules are not followed.

Alcohol is served in accordance with Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) rules. We will not serve alcohol to anyone under 21, to anyone who cannot provide valid ID, or to anyone who appears intoxicated. Outside alcohol is not permitted, and all beverages must be consumed on premises.

Reservations may require a valid credit card and a food-and-beverage minimum, plus applicable tax, gratuity, and administrative fees. Tables and cabanas are held for a limited grace period and may be released afterward. Deposits and minimums are generally non-refundable unless your confirmation states otherwise. Cancellation and modification terms are provided at the time of booking.

A dress code applies and is enforced at management's discretion. Guests agree to follow all venue rules and the reasonable instructions of our staff and security. Harassment, violence, illegal activity, and possession of weapons or illegal substances are prohibited and are grounds for removal.

We reserve the right to refuse service to, or remove, any guest who violates these Terms, house rules, or the law, or whose conduct threatens the safety or enjoyment of others. Guests removed for cause are not entitled to a refund of any deposit, minimum, or cover.

Nightlife and pool environments involve inherent risks, including loud music and sound levels, strobe and other lighting effects, crowds, dancing, wet surfaces, and water features at the pool club. By entering, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume the ordinary risks of attending, and you agree to conduct yourself with reasonable care.

The venue is regularly photographed and filmed. By entering, you consent to your image, voice, and likeness being captured and used by Vice Park and its affiliates for promotional and commercial purposes, in any medium, without notice or compensation.

All content, trademarks, logos, photographs, and design elements on this site are owned by Vice Park, So Clutch Hospitality Group, or their licensors. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or reuse them without our prior written permission.

Reservations and ticketing are handled through third-party platforms, and this site links to services we do not control, including our booking provider and social media. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Vice Park, So Clutch Hospitality Group, and their owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising out of your use of this site or your attendance at the venue. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vice Park, So Clutch Hospitality Group, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your conduct at the venue.

Programming, hours, talent, and events are subject to change or cancellation without notice. We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, utility or vendor failures, labor issues, government action, or acts of God.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, as reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the site or the venue constitutes acceptance.
